About Client

Dermatend.com is the official site selling the Dermatend product using the platform provided by Amazon.com. As a brand, Dermatend is well known in several markets, especially US, UK and Canada.

Objectives

Objective 1

Dermatend.com being the official site was ranking on number 3 position in US, UK, Canada and India. Dermatend.net (an affiliate site) was ranking number 1, hence, the company was losing out on traffic, sales and had to pay the commission to the affiliate, which in the long run created a huge disadvantage for the company. In order to cope up with the problem the company was spending heavily using the Google Adwords program to bid on their own brand name.

Objective 2

Rank Dermatend.com for various keywords related to skin tag removal and mole removal, with a special focus on home related keywords.

Objective 3

Optimize the current PPC Adwords campaign that was being run across 8 countries and was costing the company a lot of wasted dollars.

Methodology

For Objective 1:

Team of Onketing.com analyzed the complete problem and researched the top 10 websites ranking for Dermatend keyword and also carried out a detailed analysis for back links pointing towards dermatend.com and dermatend.net. Within a span of 2 weeks the problem was resolved but the glory was short lived. Our strategies boosted the result temporary but upon further review we found that the previous SEO company has made a huge blunder and missed out an important factor. Upon realizing this we took immediate action and now Dermatend.com is on number one spot for the last 18 months.

For Objective 2:

Before we started the project, as always we carried out on-page SEO check and found the site to be quite well optimized but there was no link building strategy in place. We created a link building strategy which ensured getting more quality links using content marketing and discussing / promoting the product through the right platform.

For Objective 3:

When we took over the PPC campaign it was completely unstructured. There was one single campaign which was running across 8 countries with no tracking mechanism to check which country was generating more sale and which were non profitable. We decided to separate the campaign based on country and were able to reduce the cost drastically while maintaining the CPA. Apart from that we carried out monthly negative keyword analysis, ad analysis, CPA optimization, budget and bid optimization.

Result

For Objective 1:

Total time period for the project was one and half month only. Even though the keyword was not competitive but it required special attention because of the wrong techniques used by previous SEO agency. Currently the client saves almost $3000 per month, which was previously being earned by the affiliate.

For Objective 2:

  • Increased Traffic by almost 120%, around 12000+ new visitors every month from Google, within 8 months.

Objectives

Objective 1

Redstone was a startup when the approached us and were looking for right marketing strategies to grow their business and brand. To get started they wanted to test our PPC through adwords.

Objective 2

After seeing some positive results from PPC, they wanted to venture out with SEO to ensure better brand presence across important keywords.

Methodology

For Objective 1: 

Being a start up we started from ground level. Installation of properly conversion code, linking details with google analytics and most importantly keyword research and structuring the campaign based on categories. Once we had proper conversion data, we were able to monitor and improve the performance. This included monthly PPC analysis with negative keyword addition, ad testing, bid and budget management and scheduling to ensure that we target the right audience. We also communicated with the clients regarding competition pricing based on our research, so that the product offering of the client can be improved further.

For Objective 2:

SEO campaign was created based on top converting keywords. We started with several on-page optimization and working on Magento plaform required some modifications. At the same time we started with link building and focused on industry specific links specifically B2B links from suppliers.

Result

For Objective 1:

The campaign was profitable within a few months and the client was even able to break even. Here is the list of improvement within the last 7 months due to continuous optimization to deliver the best returns to our clients:

Objective 1

Biogetica was handling in-house SEO along with help of a SEO consultant, but after average performance for more than year they approached us and were looking for drastic changes to improve their SEO.

Objective 2

Their daily spent used to be around $900 per day and there was lack of proper monitoring system and regular tweaks. The campaign was unorganized with little to no concern regarding Match types are a way to classify how each keyword triggers our ads and is an important step when it comes to adwords.match type of the keyword.

Objective 3

Methodology

For Objective 1

Objectives

DVDLink.ca had tried 2 companies before choosing Onketing.com. After being in business for more than 1.5 years, their presence was negligible in the online space and most of it was due to word of mouth or direct promotion. They had a strong USP as compared to the competition but were not able to reach the top of the search engines to make their brand stand out.

Methodology

OnKeting.com first researched the market and competition carefully and created two strategies to ensure maximum visibility to our client.
